Inspyre Media's Values-Based Business Practices

Inspyre Media is a values-based business committed to supporting the local economy and to working with socially responsible and sustainable organizations. Our core working philosophy is grounded in the principles of service, integrity, non-discrimination, continuous quality improvement, and respect for the diverse viewpoints of people from different ethnic and socio-cultural backgrounds.

Sustainability

We demonstrate our commitment to sustainability by sourcing from locally-owned businesses and subcontractors; by consuming fewer non-recyclable products and recycling whenever possible; by using recycled paper, rewritable media, and other reusable supplies (e.g., furniture); by unclogging roadways and saving energy through riding bikes, bus and light rail or by telecommuting.

Integrity

We demonstrate our commitment to ethical and truthful work processes and products by respecting the needs and the values of all parties involved. This includes the fair treatment of all principals, members, associates, employees and subcontractors in regard to remuneration, benefits, work rules and working conditions.

Continuous Quality Improvement / Results

We demonstrate results by a commitment to periodically track and measure the progress of the deliverables presented to our clients, as well as our own internal organizational development, through the use of leading best practices for tracking, monitoring and measuring both qualitative and quantitative business results.
